Why I get charged more when I log in than when I don't for the same product?

I was trying to download Home and Business

    When you log in is it trying to sell you the Online version?   The online version is more expensive than the desktop version.   Online Self-Employed Edition (the online version of Home and Business) is 114.99 for a Federal return, and 39.99 for a State return.

    The desktop Home and Business Edition (CD/download) is 109.99 when purchased as a download from TurboTax, and includes both Federal and State returns.    There is a 24.99 fee to efile the state return (except free for New York state).  There is no fee to print and mail the state returns.
