It appears you are using TurboTax Deluxe which there is a $40.00 charge for that version of TurboTax. If you chose TurboTax Deluxe by mistake, you can switch to a lower-priced version of TurboTax by using the clear and start over feature. 

You can start over as long as you have not submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.  Please see the TurboTax FAQ Can I downgrade to a lower-priced version of TurboTax? for more information.
Please note: TurboTax Free Edition is for filers that use a simple 1040 with no additional schedules. If your tax situation requires additional forms/schedules, you will be prompted to upgrade.
