Why I keep getting "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again" when I try to add my credit card info? I cleaned cookies, history, tried all browsers...

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past this snag,

Try closing TurboTax,
Complete a disk cleanup,
Restart your computer. 
If this doesn't work try this:

If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.  Ensure you are hard-wired and not using Wifi. 

If you have no luck, please contact us.
