Why is amended forms 1040X and 140X not showing mortgage insurance deductions on Itemized deductions totals not showing up, why?

When amended my AZ  Federal and State returns, the 1040X and 140X  does not show the added 2018 mortgage insurance deduction I added. Forms don't show the amounts added, why is this?

The 2018 forms are supposed to be updated by mid-April.
