I've edited this to include some additional information.

 

Log out.

Empty your browser Internet cache.

Close your browser and reopen it.

Go to Online TurboTax and log in again.

 

Does that make a difference?   If not,try the following:

 

Log out.

Empty your browser Internet cache.

Close the browser and reopen it, but this time open a private window (private browsing, aka "incognito mode")

Go to Online TurboTax and log in again.

 

Does using a private window make a difference?   If not, do you have a different browser to try?
