I keep seeing Form 8824 getting delayed. From 2/4/21 to 2/11/21 to 2/25/21 to now 3/4/21? What is the holdup here? I've had this ready to turn in for almost 2 weeks now and would like to get my refund, and this keeps getting delayed over and over and over again.
