Deluxe Online is $40 for a Federal return and $40 for a state return. If you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee for that option ($45 for California filers.)

If you chose that "pay out of refund" method and don't want it, we can tell you how to remove it and avoid the extra $40 service fee. You would instead then pay with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
