TurboTax Live Basic Online

You appear to be using Live Basic (at least that's what is shown under your question.) The LIVE products are not free. That Live feature adds a consider amount to one's fee. Live Basic is essentially Free Edition upgraded to a Live product. The LIVE products include at-will help from a tax expert during routine preparation and if desired, a review of your return prior to filing. As long as you stay in a Live product, there will be a fee. If you don't want it, you may be able to remove the Live product, and hopefully go back to Free Edition.
