Why is it saying I have to pay 67,103 to file an extension?

The extension is only for when the tax filing is due. The taxes are due on 7/15 if you owe taxes. The amount will be adjusted with your tax filing later - either for more taxes, along with penalties OR a refund of any overpayment.

Since you filled out the anticipated taxed info, even if it is not final - the amount you owe, based on what you have entered, is due now (07/15/2020).

If you do not pay it with the extension, you will have penalties due when you file your "final" tax forms.
