Why is it showing that my income is extremely more than what I reported?

I made 768$ because I am a college student who only worked the summer. In the income section that shows, yet at the end in review, it says my income is 12,000$?! That's not true, even if they are factoring school grants, that would bring me to 7,000$ not 12,000$.

Did you enter a 1098-T or 1099-Q? 

What amounts were on them?

How was the 768 reported, W-2 or 1099-NEC?

Thanks for your reply. The $768 was reported through a W-2, and yes, I did enter a 1098-T
