Why is it still telling me my standard deduction is 27,700 and not the 29,200 for married filing jointly ?

Also I am using turbo tax though my intuit account

Are one of you is over 65? If not, your standard deduction for 2023 would be $27,700. 

 

If one of you are over 65 double check in the my info section to be sure you have the birthdates entered accurately. Otherwise, if neither of you are, then this is the correct amount.
