Why is it telling me some of my personal information like state and zip is missing when it is not?

I am living outside of the US so on the My Info page I have selected Foreign or U.S. Possession as my resident state. My original state is Minnesota so I have filed as a Nonresident there. In the final stages of filing I get this message: "Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information like state and zip. Go back to My Info and add that information now".

Are you attempting to pay the TurboTax account fees with a US credit card and a US billing address?

If so, you need to back to My Info and change your mailing address to the billing address on your credit card. Complete the credit card transaction in the File section. Then go back to My Info and change the mailing address back to your foreign address. Return to the File section and complete the filing of your tax return.
