Why is my name not matching at the very end of the return?

You can try re-entering your first and last name in the "Personal Information" section of TurboTax or making sure they match. Also, do not include a hyphen or any spaces in your name.

In TurboTax Online to go back and check your name, you can do the following:

1. Log into your account
2. Click the (down) caret next to "Personal Information" (See screenshot below for guidance)
3. Click the (down) caret next to your name
4. Select "Edit" if you need to edit it

In TurboTax Desktop to go back and check your name, you can do the following:

1. Log into your account and continue your return
2. Go to the "Personal Info" section
3. On the screen under "Your Personal Information" select "Edit" by your name if you have to change it
