Why is my SSN showing invalid?

I'm entering my SSN as it shows on my SSN card and passport. But it's showing up as invalid.

    Go to My Info and enter it as one continuous number.  No dashes, spaces or periods.

     

    Log into TurboTax

    1. Select Personal Info>My Info from the top left side bar
    2. Select the down arrow next to your name
    3. Confirm you Social Security Number in the bottom left corner.

    Where does it show invalid.

    • Is it on the My Info Screen?
    • Is it during Federal Review?
    • Is it when you try to file your return?
