Why is the 1099 interest calculation incorrect, what is wrong?

the two 1099's I added do not equal the correct amount reported on the income and expenses page

So the amount on the Income and Expenses screen in TurboTax is equal to thee sum of the two 1099-INTs, right?

Is the amount in line 2b on the 1040 different? If it is, is there an amount in line 2a on the 1040?
