Why is the $910 tax credit that was calculated for sales taxnot showing up on the final calculations?

taxes $6567, paid $6318.  owe $249 but the credit for sales tax in my state of $910 has not been credited.  if it was i would not owe but have a refund or $661

Please be aware this isn't a credit and therefore isn't applied dollar for dollar. The sales tax reduces your taxable income when you use the Itemized Deduction, it doesn't reduce your tax directly.
