Why is the charge $59.99 when it is advertised for free?

    You can start your tax return using TurboTax Free, but if you do not qualify for TurboTax Free, you will be prompted to upgrade. Turbo Tax fees you are charged will depend on the which Turbo Tax product you choose and any add-ons you may have selected when completing your return.
