The IRS will send you a letter explaining the change, but since the amount is 1,800, I would guess that the IRS records show that a stimulus payment was made which you may have reported as not received. Additionally, there may have been a stimulus payment made that crossed the same time as when you submitted your return.

Are you Single? 1800 is the amount for the first 2 Stimulus payments for single. Did you enter you already got them? Looks like you tried to claimed them again. The IRS knows they already sent it to you.
