Why is the Out of State Purchases no working? No matter how many times I do it It keeps saying "Revisit"

I live in IL. I answer NO to did I purchase anything out of state without paying sales tax yet, my IL return is always asking me to REVISIT this item AND my state refund is always 0. I am doing this tax return for my daughter, who is a student with a part time job where she mad less than $4000 so I think she should get all her state tax back that she paid.

There may be errors or discrepancies you aren't aware of in the tax return. You can clear everything out and start over fresh. See this FAQ on how to clear and start over.

You are just in a loop. Use the Chrome browser and clear browsing data for all time before logging into TurboTasx.
