Why is the premier price showing $70 but before you start it says it is only $55

Mine also shows it as originally 90 and my price to pay is 70 as I’m finishing up my returns. That link posted shows it on sale for 55. So my pricing is incorrect but I can’t get it to give me the sale price (says it’s good until Feb 28!!!)
