Question

Why is the website locking up with the circle of doom after i click on direct deposit for my refund? It happens across three browsers on three computers.

I've let it go through three cycles of the "are you still there" message.  I've paid, but I can't get past how to get my refund to actually filing my taxes.  It's happened for three days in a row.  I've cleared cache, cookies, rebooted...
