Why is there a delya with my tax return if it wasnt any errors when i filed?

When you file prior to the opening day then delays are inevitable ... the IRS only pulls a few test returns to work the kinks out and you were not pulled so you are inline with the millions of others waiting for the flood gate to open.  The IRS said that processing of all returns no matter when they were accepted would not happen before 1/28 so now you wait patiently.
