Why is there a processing fee on top of paying for the services? Its a double charge for the same simple thing

why is there a fee, that is double the cost of filing. for a very simple service that we are required to do otherwise face prison time. fucking greedy pieces of shit. garbage ass country and company

Why did you select Pay with your federal tax refund.  There is a $40 service charge for that option.
