Question

Why is there an extra $40 fee when I signed for a total of $117 not $79 for this and $78 for that….

There may be fees to Pay With Your Refund depending on the services you have.  This was displayed prior to filing and you would have agreed to them on screen to proceed with the filing.  See the Help Article here for more information. 

 

However, if there is an additional processing fee taken out, this is a known issue and the charges are to be reversed soon.  If you have questions in regards to any additional fees, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.
