Why is there more than the $25 digital charge for my state tax filing?

We have to use Turbo Tax Delux and now for our Michigan State return it's trying to charge us $64 in addition to the Delux price. There's no explaination of what that charge is

Are you using the Desktop program installed on your computer OR the Online browser version? It shows the Online version on your post.

In the Desktop program it is $25 to efile a state return. Then if you select to have the fee deducted from your refund there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California). People get going too fast to file and miss that screen. Go back through the Fi,e tab Slowly and watch what you click on.
