Why is this not free? All I did was plug two we'2s in. No credits or anything?

I should be able to file for $0. last year I had complicated return but this yesr, just two w'2s and no credits.

If you started your tax return in TurboTax Free Edition (Form 1040 with limited credits; roughly 37% of taxpayers qualify), you won't need to clear and start over. You can select Switch to Free Edition instead.

In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now. Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?

This year when you clear and start over and then put in your login, it takes you to a screen that only gives the options to buy a version of the one you used last year. At the very bottom of that screen in very small print there is a link to get to other TurboTax products. Need to click that link this year to get to the Free Edition.
