Why is Turbo Tax asking me to pay for a product when I already BOUGHT the program?

TT won't let me preview my return or print it without buying something.  What gives?

Can you clarify your question please.  It looks as if you are currently using TurboTax Online Premier.  You say you have already bought the program - what program did you buy?  Did you buy a copy of the Desktop version that is either installed via disc, or downloaded?  If you bought the desktop version, you can't complete your return in Online without paying for the Online version.  If you did purchase the desktop program you can transfer that to the desktop version.  Clarify your situation/question so we can properly advise you.

You appear to be posting from online Premier software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
