Why is Turbo tax deluxe charging me the full $74 when i am supposed to have a $20 discount?

I accessed Turbo Tax through a link that says i can file for $59, but when i got to checkout it is trying to charge me $74 for turbo tax deluxe and an additional $59 just for state. The affiliate links are not being accepted and i am well before the expiration date. Why are the prices being switched at the end?
