why is turbo tax help giving me the run around instead of putting me through to a person? I can't talk to anyone but a stupid machine with bad programming

I used help on the website, my question does not fit in your box. I called, the AI won't put me through o a live person, it can't get my email correct so it can't find my account

That was the stupidest answer ever.  I never needed to recover my account.   I needed to "SPEAK" with a real live human being.   Relying on bad programming of man-made artificial intelligence that can only use an AND, NOT, OR, or NOR gate to make a decision, is no replacement for a real live person that can listen to the issue and speak intellengently back concerning a problem that was not in its pre-programed database.  Your company relying on this method of communication is going to loose you a lot of customers and money in the long run.  Put real people on the phone.
