@gadk3110

I'm not sure what you mean by "redrawn."    Is it this:

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, but now your bank account or card account was auto-debited for the fees?

If so, was the Federal refund delayed at the IRS an unusually long time (or reduced) so TurboTax wanted to be paid for the fees?

And has TurboTax already performed the auto-debit of your account for your product fees, or are they notifying you with an email that they are going to auto-debit it soon?

If that's your situation, and if they haven't yet done the auto-debit of your account, you can either pay ASAP, or if paying the fees would be a hardship, there is a special phone number to ask for a deferment and make other arrangements.  If so, you need to phone them ASAP before they start the auto-debit.  To get the phone number see the first paragraph in the FAQ linked below.

If they have already performed the auto-debit and taken the payment, and if your account was overdrawn, there is an appeals process for any non-sufficient funds fees you were charged.  To get the phone number see the first paragraph in the FAQ linked below.
