Why is TurboTax customer support not open at 5:20 PM PST when it says that it will be open until 9 pm? What the heck are the operational hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

i came to this post just now while calling and trying to chat at 530pm PST and got same message

I don't think, turbo tax folks learned from this post, their phone line keep saying they are open till blah blah 9pm Pacific while i am calling within 5-9pm Pacific and getting message. Plus their online chat version says same.

And here we trust them with taxes 😞 , 

I was on hold for over 30 minutes, someone picked up, I heard them talking and then it hung up and it said they were closed. It is 8:15 EST, the website says they are open until 9pm PST. I called back and now it says they are closed. Makes no sense.
