Why is TurboTax not accepting my driver's license info and signing info?

I am trying to E-file my taxes, but it is not accepting my driver's license information and signing information.

The IRS does not require you to enter a drivers license in order to e-file, so you could just skip that if you are only trying to e-file the federal return. Some states are pretty picky about entering a state ID or drivers license though.
