They suck donkey d*ck! They put in the incorrect information even when I had it updated, IRS is saying that the information provided was wrong with theirs. Lost out on $4000. IRS says to call them and they are so full that you can't even talked to a live person! They hang up on you and tell them to call back next day. What load of Garbage, I am using another system next year. Turbo Tax is not what it used to be. You get charged just as much as going to a regular tax accountant to do your taxes. F*ck this &hit!

I agree, Turbo Tax is total garbage. I've been doing taxes for many of my family members for 50+ years, and it has become more and more of a headache trying to avoid all of their nonsense and just use the software to fill out the forms. Now it seems to be impossible. They won't even let me near the blank forms, and "AI" acts really stupid when i ask. PLEASE, PRESIDENT TRUMP, do away with taxes and put TurboTax out of business!!!

In the amount of time i've spent this year, just trying to avoid their Q and A nonsense, i could have finished my 96-year old mom's taxes!!

I was a big fan when they started and even up until 10 years ago, recommended it to friends. Not now. The company treats us like we're all first-timers or incompetent.

If you are using online software you do not have direct access to the forms. If you want direct access to forms, then you could use the desktop download, which has Forms mode and allows you to see all of the forms and schedules as you prepare your return.
