Is it possible that you have more than one TurboTax account?  The transfer of pertinent data must be from the same TT account that you used last year.  It's automatic in TurboTax Online as long as you're using the EXACT same account (same username and password) that you used for 2018.  To see if you have more than one Tt account, see the info below.  If you DO have more than one account, be sure to find which one you wish to use and stick with that one.
