I am not sure exactly what screen you are looking at, but you can review your State Refund by following these steps in TurboTax;

While in your Tax Home,
Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen,
Select Tools,
Select View Tax Summary,
Select Preview my State Return on the left hand side of your screen.
