Why isn't The license code that I have letting me have access to Turbo Tax?

I just installed TurboTax. I have the license code, but the message says "the license code you entered is not valid. Error code: 607". I need to get into TurboTax. I have paid for it so should have access to it.

The same thing happened to me the first time I entered the code. I went back and turned caps lock on and carefully re-entered the code and it worked. Good luck.

And it does depend on what tax year you bought.....if 2019, then that tax software set can no longer be installed.

Only 2020 & later can be installed now.
