Why isn't Turbo tax taking the social security number for the 1095-A form?

I am working on my daughter's taxes and I have tried everything to put in the social associated with the form and it won't take my husbands social security number. I have tried for 3 days and even deleted and re-entered the info

Is your daughter a dependent on your return?  If you're listed as a dependent on your parents’ tax return, you won't have any health insurance questions to answer on your own return. TurboTax will tell you Since someone is claiming you on their 2021 taxes, you don't have to complete Health Insurance.
