Why it’s keep asking me to mail my state when I paid for E-Files not understanding and now saying I have to mail it out but recommend me not too.

The fees you paid are not for e-file, e-file is free. The Turbo Tax fees are for the use of the Turbo Tax program to prepare your return.

Often, the state will not allow your return to be e-filed because there is a schedule or form associated with it that the state computer program can't process electronically. They may need a person to process it manually as the computer is not programmed to do that.
