Here is how: While you are in your Tax Home, Select Personal Info, Select Review/Edit, Scroll down through this screen, you should see yourself listed only once, If there is a duplicate you, or another person listed, select the Trash Can next to the name.

Why it's my wages and income showing that I need to review my child's income (under age 24)? I already filled up my income part, don't have a kid, and filled as dependent
