Why the extra charges No way from free to 39 dollars now to finish I have to pay 78 dollars WHY ??

Did you also prepare a state return/   State would be another $39.

 

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund?  (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99)
