Why was charged for premium service?

Are you a California filer and chose to pay your product fees out of your Federal refund?  If so that option requires Premium Services bundle for $45.   Premium Services also includes Audit Defense, ID Protection/Monitoring, and some other features as explained in the FAQ below.

 

If you haven't yet completed your order or filed, you may be able to remove it, and then pay upfront with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
