Why was I being charged for live assistant
I known as when I logged in I had no other choice but to be using live assistance. I did not need live assistance. So I just went ahead and kept doing my own taxes. But at the end I was charged some ridiculous amount of money for using live assistance that I never used. If this is the case for now on with turbotax, I will no longer use terrible tax again as I've been doing my tax with, you for many, many years. I'm very upset that. I got you taken for a for something that I am never used. That is the biggest scam I have ever seen
