WHY WAS I CHARGED A FEE MORE THAN ONCE?

I was told filing was free, instead It said I had to upgrade to deluxe, but it CHARGED me for Federal and State,AND another processing fee,

There is a fee for your federal return and a fee for your state return. 

 

If you chose to have your fees deducted from your refund, there is a refund processing fee.

I was charged the fee three times and I’m getting an email saying I’m late for a payment when I already paid my fees I have the receipts of me already paying and not having online support is kinda frustrating
