So neither you or a possible family member used TurboTax with your bank info and chose to pay any fees out of their Federal refund?

Log into your Online account and check to be sure no unauthorized person has used your account to file a 2019 return (at least from that account).

TurboTax Support will need to explain the debit and what caused it. Please phone TurboTax Customer Support today so they can investigate.
