Why did not file my federal tax?

Only the user can file the tax return---so the question is what did you do to file it yourself? Did you go all the way through the FILE section and click that big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?" If you did not do that then your tax return was not filed. After that, you have to watch your emails to see if the returns are accepted.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?

Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”

Note: If it says “Ready to Mail” or “Printed” that means YOU have to mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.

I still can not get into my account. I can't even check on the IRS site. Do to the fact, I can not see the documents to enter the dollar amount of the return.

This is not helping me. I've replied to your e-mail several times. All I get is that your e-mail box is full and can not except anymore. Between the lack of communication and Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection.

I'm done and wish you would refund my money back. Witch buy the way I did not agree to $230 dollars. But I guess that you had me, after many hours of wasted time on this. I paid the $230 to just get it over with.

@jermdogs You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
