Why will it not let me finish everytime I hit continue it keeps going back to this screen Next, please read and accept the disclosure consent.

You do not have to sign the consent form unless you are requesting certain services, like getting your refund on a card or paying your fees with your refund.  

 

If you don't want any of those services, you don't need to sign the disclosure.

 

Turbotax can't offer you those services unless you officially give it permission to know about your tax refund status.  

 

Otherwise, your tax return info is considered private.
