Question

Why won't customer service respond to my request about their poor excuse of software? I paid $80 for a download to help file my girlfriend's taxes.

The software cannot calculate owed taxes. I want a refund ASAP so we can take it to a tax professional

What do you mean "cannot calculate owed taxes"?  That is a simple arithmetic calculation that has been in the software for decades.  There have been no systemic reports of a calculation problem.
