Why won’t it let me file my state taxes? I get an error saying I’m not entitled to e-file one or more formset

I thought this issue had been resolved.

Can you try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax. Also make sure you have the latest updates installed.

The issue is scheduled to be resolved end of 1/31. Please do not file prior to 2/1.
