Why won't my BECU bank account sync with my turbo tax account

It says error 108

    TurboTax error 108 indicates that the bank's website has a message that requires action from the user. This could be a message about a new offer, terms of service, or an update. 

     

    To fix this error, you can try the following steps: 

     

    1. Sign in to the bank's website
    2. Check for messages, updates, or notifications
    3. Respond to any messages or take any actions required
    4. Log out of the bank's website
    5. Sign in to TurboTax
    6. Select Connect Accounts on the  Business Expenses page
    7. Select Add/Edit on the bank account(s)
