Why won't the app allow me to add another w2 to my rejected tax return?

If your return is rejected, you should be able to add another W-2 form to it. Try this:

1. Sign in to your account and click Fix my return.
2. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection, but don't select Continue to file yet.
3. Once you are in the return, open the left side menu, and select Federal.
4. Next select Income & Expenses.
5. You should see your W-2 forms at the top of the screen, click on the > symbol on the right.
6. Select Add W-2 at the bottom.
7. Enter your W-2 information.

Once you have added the W-2 form and corrected the reject, continue into the File section and re-submit your return.
